Enjoyed everything about the hotel except dinner, that was slow, came out incorrect and not cooked!! We then had to wait for it to be replace but was offered fruit instead (of a burger!!!). The front of house staff and manager were good and tried to fix the problem but the kitchen seemed to be chaotic! We were assure we would only pay for one burger!!! After the chaos/wait, in my opinion, we shouldnt have been for the undercooked one or the replacement!! It didnt at all spoil our stay but that and the patchy wifi, its not what we would expect from a 4* hotel
